About This Beer
To craft this first class brew, the renowned, Canadian crew at Collective Arts teamed up with Massachusetts’ Vitamin Sea Brewing. They started by brewing a roasty Stout rife with cocoa and coffee notes. Then they aged the brew on Collective Arts’ self-roasted coffee beans for 3 months.
They poured a little cream and sugar into the coffee in the form of lactose and Demerara sugar before aging the beer in dark rum barrels. Finally, they added Speculoos (airplane cookies) and almonds for swaths of comforting, gingerbread like flavor.
Tasting Notes
Every sip soars with cozy, café opulence before descending into nuts and spice — like a biscotti dipped in mocha chased by dark chocolate coated almonds!

Dark, THICC, creamy, coffee, windmill cookies!!, rum, faint ginger, lactosy, and oddly almonds. Sweet, but not oversweet, which is a huge plus. It's a very good, solid stout. There's no aspect of it that disappoints me other than the coffee, but that's a personal preference.
