About This Beer
To craft this one, the brewers blended several different batches of their wheat Saison, selecting barrels from as far back as 2018. Then they aged the blend for an additional 13 months in chardonnay barrels.
Tasting Notes
Every soft-bodied sip brings a pleasantly mellow tartness, with hints of lemongrass and freshly cut hay glittering on the periphery. Subtle oaky tones meld with nuances of white wine and gentle malts, all beneath a pillowy, effervescent head.
