About This Beer
To create it, the masters of mixed fermentation and oak aging at Side Project combed through every barrel of their beloved Saison du Fermier, earmarking the very best casks for extended aging. This 2022 vintage was blended from Missouri white oak barrels and French oak chardonnay barrels.
They then backdated the beer according to the youngest thread, meaning that the most recent barrels used in this blend date to 2022.
Tasting Notes
Lemony tangy shines brightly at the front of the sip, giving way to nuanced flavors of white wine and oak. Hints of grassy funk glitter around the edges, along with flashes of nectarine and subtle nuances of pineapple.
