About This Beer

The juice fiends at Great Notion loaded this Hazy with mangosteen — a delectable fruit native to Southeast Asia. And the Portland, OR crew blended all that lush produce with Azacca, Motueka, and Citra Hops for even MORE tropical succulence.

Tasting Notes

Each sip starts with a hint of guava tartness, followed by smooth, sweet flavors of papaya and cantaloupe juice. On the finish, a brisk, sharp note comes through, like a prickly pear. No, seriously I mean it. I’m sipping some as I write this and I was NOT expecting that! The crisp, light finish is oh-so-satisfying.

Daily corona battle. In laws hang edition. Holy fruity sweet on the nose! And sticky candy and cantaloupe and smooth oh my. Smooth and sweet and legit.

Not going to lie… the best IPA I’ve ever had. if you’re looking for a IPA that is fruit forward and light hops look not further.

Who says west coast can’t do east coast? This IPA drips with fruity sweetness but stops short of being too sugary. A barely detectable aftershock of hop that seems like a pinch of guava. If you love a soft and tropical hopbomb, you found it.

Wow… tropical 🏝️, sweet, juicy, and dry crisp with hopped! Pretty smooth and over ripe for sure. Mangosteen flavor is definitely different, and i think I’m getting ripe banana, and cantaloupe flavor in here as well! True to rating 4.25-4.3’s
