About This Beer
First things first: no oysters were harmed in the making of this beer! But if you ARE eating raw shellfish, it’s basically the law that you’ve gotta wash ‘em down with alcohol. And Other Half knows it — after all, the brewery hosts an annual oyster fest!
That’s why they took a light-bodied base and spliced in Centennial Hops, Citra Hops, and Citra Incognito for an easy drinking New England-style Pale Ale full of splashy flavors.
Tasting Notes
Crack open an Oyster and aromas of lychee, white peach, and lemon-lime sing their siren’s song. Dive in, and those floral and zesty nuances take on a mild resinous character. Sweet tropical tones and fresh pine mingle in harmonious waves.
