The Highland Park Brewery crew brewed today’s West Coast IPA in collaboration with Light In The Attic Records to celebrate the release of their new re-issue album, Pacific Breeze 3.
A generous hopping of Galaxy, Bru-1, Mosaic, Chinook, and Mosaic Cryo creates seriously dank undertones and tropical fruit vibes that pair wonderfully with chill Japanese City Pop sounds on the record.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is a symphony of melon and pineapple nuances, with a rich malty bassline thumping underneath. Pine resin notes and grassy herbs undertones reverberate through the effervescent body like ripping synth leads, leading to an absurdly satisfying finish.

Surprised I never heard of this brewery as I went to a few in California. It's not super strong but has a nice flavor to it. Not as bitter when it comes to IPA but mos def reminds you it is one though

Aroma of grassiness & melon. More grassiness in taste w/an enjoyable combo of maltiness & bitterness. Touch of grapefruit pith and piney resin.
