For this sumptuous stunner, the Stout savants at River Styx got (ice cream) social and teamed up with friends at Long Live Beerworks. The duo started with a velvety base before layering it with all the fixings — vanilla, chocolate, marshmallow, cherry, and peanuts. A kiss of lactose keeps this treat extra silky.
