About This Beer
Every edition of Parabola is robust, complex, and full-bodied, but this year the brewers took an extra step by aging the beer entirely in 12-year-old Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
Decadent chocolate notes swirl alongside sweet and tangy raspberry for a sip that wouldn’t be out of place on a 5-star dessert cart. A subtle taste of bourbon and woodspice on the backend excellently accentuate these sweet flavors, and totally mask the boozy 11.5% ABV

A delicious and perfect beer. Dark chocolate soaked in whisky vanilla drizzled with coffee and sprinkled with charr. The booze and barrel intensifies as it warms.
