About This Beer
Blending their barrel-aged banger Parabola with the silky sweet Merlin Milk Stout, these wizards crafted a dark pouring, velvety smooth brew.
Tasting Notes
The decadent libation leverages the oaky, toffee notes of Bourbon barrels with shimmering milk sugars and toasty malts. The expert combination of bases creates a backbone of caramel flavor worthy of a Werther’s golden wrapper.
Rich cocoa nibs and mellow Madagascar vanilla beans fold into the batch, rounding the rougher edges of Kentucky’s finest into soothing quaffs of gooey delight. A final dusting of sea salt finishes the gulp, drawing out the hearty Pastry flavors.

Way more dark chocolate bitterness qualities than I was expecting. Dry finish. Salty caramel shines through. Slight vanilla on the back end along with some bourbon heat. Phenomenal beer.

Fudgey goodnes. All notes mentioned are on point. They did an excellent job of balancing the sweet and coco nibs. This one will not disappoint.

It was a solid beer, but I still prefer the bigger brother.

way too thin for my liking, but the flavors stand out.

Lots of flavour - hits heavy at first with vanilla, than caramel on the finish.
Smooth, long lasting flavor, and dryier than I expected with only a hint of sweetness. Also notes of coffee & cocoa.

has a good semi sweet smell and flavor mixes sweet and toasty flavors, but there's a sharpness in the finish that sort of throws it off for me

Creamy head, roasty aroma, blended Parabola and Velvet Merlin tastes with vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and sea salt notes, silky mouthfeel, and bourbon warmth in the finish.

Coffee, mild caramel and vaguely detectable salt. Was not wowed.

it was yummy I tasted hints of caramel and definitely sea salt. It wasn’t as sweet as I was hoping for. And a tad saltier than I would’ve liked.
