Tasting Notes
The crew took their celebrated Imperial Stout base and aged it for 24 months in Elijah Craig bourbon barrels, Old Fitzgerald, and Heaven Hill rye barrels. After blending, they infused the brew with Brazilian amburana wood staves, imparting notes of cinnamony baking spices to the rich, chocolatey brew.

Charred Amburana aroma, creamy head, rich slightly sweet subtle baked gingerbread cookie taste with a hint of waffle cone, silky mouthfeel, dry, with a nod to the ABV in the finish.

Oh so good. Extremely well balanced with some nice bourbon notes. Don’t get a ton of amburana flavors from it but overall great stout
