A Note on This Beer
The name “Partagé” comes from the French word that means “to share.” Today’s Table Beer embodies that spirit of collaboration and community!
Kent Falls Brewing Co., a working-farm brewery in western Connecticut, brewed this beer with friends. They used malt from their neighbors at Valley Malt, brewed with white wheat from their buddies at Wild Hive, plucked farm-fresh hops from their own land, and conditioned it using local microflora.
Then, the brewers aged the brew on fresh peaches in white wine barrels and re-conditioned it on honey to bring out a soft peach sweetness, delicate acidity, and hints of vanilla.
It’s meant to be enjoyed the same way it’s made: among friends! This complex, tart, and peachy Table Beer makes for a great accent to any gathering. Each of our 750mL green glass bottles is an opportunity to share, gather, and cheers with the people most important to you.
We could only get our hands on 10 cases of Partagé de Peche!
