To craft it, the Carolina crew at DSSOLVR teamed up with their friends at Xul to amplify the legendary PB&J Mixtape with their decadent cheesecake treatment. So this gluten free Sour is absolutely brimming with peanuts, concord grape, and “a very healthy smattering of cheesecake!”
Tasting Notes
The brewers describe this bad boy as “pretty much an Uncrustable stuffed inside of a cheesecake,” which sounds freakin’ delicious! Just thinking about the waves of jam swirling alongside rich vanilla, graham cracker crust, and roasty peanut nuances has my mouth straight up watering!

Actually so disappointed by this. PB&J Mixtape is one of the best beers I’ve ever tried, but this was not the same. Basically just PB with a slight cheesecake aftertaste. No big flavor like the other one. Very thin.

Not too thick, soft peanut butter, jelly is balanced. I think the cheesecake smooths everything out. It’s thinner than the other version of this but I like this much better than that one.Yummy!

Nice flavor of cheesecake throughout, but not much else other than peanut. Not near as good as PB&J mixtape, but if you're a freak like I am and you mix the 2, it's completely unreal
