About This Beer
For this treat, the Maryland legends at Burley Oak started with a tangy base swirled with lactose. Then they conditioned it on peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla for a sip that rivals even the best bakeries.

Big peach aroma and flavor. Light cinnamon and brown sugar. Tarter than I expected for a Pastry Sour. Good but was hoping for more Cobbler character.

Did not deliver on the expected “peach cobbler” experience. More like an unripe peach cobbler that didn’t really follow the recipe so it came out undercooked and a little bland.
