A Note on This Beer
Two years ago, my sister-in-law moved to Paris. For weeks, her Instagram was flooded with pictures of her gazing up at the Eiffel tower, strolling through the Champs-Élysées, and eating the most amazing food.
And, one of her favorite indulgences from the City of Light was a dessert called a peach melba. This decadent treat of vanilla ice cream topped with peaches and raspberry sauce was her one weakness — no wonder it’s the inspiration behind today’s mouth-watering Smoothie Sour, Peach Melba Sour à la Mode!
To craft it, the pastry chefs at Untitled Art used heaps of ripe, juicy peaches, lip-puckering raspberries, and tart red currants, along with their “secret sauce à la mode blend” of graham crackers, cinnamon, and vanilla.
It pours as thick and velvety as melted ice cream, with a taste that would make any Sour lover weak in the knees. Each sip is like savoring a spoonful of that fabulous dessert, topped with cinnamon-dusted peaches, graham cracker crumbles, and zippy raspberry sauce.
Sure, my sister-in-law may be able to walk to The Louvre, but I’d like to see her try to snag one of Untitled’s creations! Every time we share one, it flies off the app lickety-split, so you may want to grab yours fast!
We may always have Paris, but we won’t always have Peach Melba.
