The GABF gold medalists at Crooked Stave crafted Peach Spon by adding bushels of sumptuous Palisade peaches to their blend of one, two, and three-year-old French oak barrel aged Wild Ales!
Tasting Notes
The exceptionally juicy and sweet variety of stone fruit balances against the barnyard tones of chamomile and hay, providing a creamy depth to the funk. A tannic, woody timbre finishes the sip with a lip-smackingly rustic note.
