About This Beer
The Wiley Roots crew whips up a mean Peaches and Cream County Fair Cobbler! They add tons of peach purée to their Sour Ale base, along with graham crackers and cinnamon for a taste of crisp crumble. And to top it all off, they drizzle in creamy lactose and vanilla.
Tasting Notes
When you crack a can of this stone fruit confection, huge aromas of sweet, ripe peaches waft out. All that nectar comes along with a hint of tartness in the sip, which flows into spiced, toasty crust tones. And it’s all tied together by an easy-drinking smoothness that will have you reaching for another serving.

You can taste just a very subtle hint of sweet but definitely more on the sour side. Not a bad taste but also not what I prefer. It’s got a little bit of thickness to it. Just a little bit.
