Just imagine: it’s your birthday and your friends at Hoppin’ Frog threw you a surprise party!
They wheel out a cake, one of those MASSIVE tiered monstrosities. It’s chocolate with layers held together by caramel. The frosting is peanut butter, and hazelnuts are sprinkled on top. Wow, they shouldn’t have!

Easily in the top ten stouts I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious, every flavor advertised is present. Not syrupy like these kind of beers can be. Wish I’d gotten ten more cans.

One word. Delicious. Each piece of the name comes through as its own flavor profile in a way you don’t usually get from a beer. Very impressed and so glad I got two of them. Will definitely order again.

It was a little thinner than I would have liked, but the flavor was incredible. Immediate caramel and peanut butter notes with toasty hazelnut hitting towards the end. Very tasty.

Strong aromas. Tannish head. Taste very caramel and hazelnut. Slightly thick and rich. Not too drinkable. Tastes pretty good for a pastry stout.
