About This Beer
To craft it, the Hoosier Sour specialists loaded a tangy base with ripe strawberry, banana, and coconut. A touch of cinnamon gives it that cobbler-like baking spice note, but it’s the soft serve ice cream that really gives this beer its wings.
Tasting Notes
Tropical custard tones gallop across the palate on every thick sip before lifting off with a kiss of bright berry. Crumbly streusel tones carry underneath, further obscuring a 5.5% ABV that’ll really swoop on you if you’re not careful.
