About This Beer
It starts with a rich base crafted with a complex blend of the finest caramel and crystal malt, then it’s aged for 12 months in freshly dumped bourbon barrels before being transferred to additional bourbon barrels for another 8 months.
Tasting Notes
All that time in oak should translate to sublime layers of whiskey caramel and tannic wood, beautifully accentuating the notes of sticky date, toasted nuts, toffee, and brown sugar emanating from the base brew.
