About This Beer
To make it, the FF crew partnered up with fellow North Carolinians at Oak and Grist Distilling Company, and aged their lauded base brew for 21 months in their award-winning single malt "Descendent" whiskey barrels.
Tasting Notes
This stuff is so new, we haven’t gotten a taste. But we’re looking forward to sticky notes of caramel, toffee, tobacco, and fig coursing throughout. Meanwhile, those stellar casks should impart lingering layers of oaky vanilla, wood char, and top shelf whiskey.
