About This Beer
The Two Tides crew took inspiration from one of their favorite treats — Milk Bar’s famous Compost Cookie. So they loaded up this stunning sipper with Ugandan Cocoa Nibs, pretzels, butterscotch, potato chips, oats, graham cracker, vanilla, and dark-roasted Guatemala coffee beans from Cup To Cup Coffee Roasters.
Tasting Notes
All those sweet and savory flavors combine in an extravagant fashion, exciting the palate with notes of caramel, chocolate, and espresso. Salty snack accents expertly play against sweetness, while a roasty backbone holds the whole thing together.

I didn’t get any of the adjunct flavors at all and wish I did. Just tasted like a good, standard chocolatey stout.

Indulgently sweet chocolate and roast coffee notes, which the signature creamy mouthfeel and body characteristic of oat-based stouts. There is a touch of salinity and butterscotch in the finish, but the other adjuncts seem to be lost in overall mix.
