Farmhouse experts like the Kent Falls crew are capable of seeing the beauty in the world around them AND the flavor!
For Petals, they started by foraging for dandelion petals from their farm. They incorporated the petals into the boil for a vivid herbaceous note. Then they fermented and conditioned it for eight months in stainless steel with a subtly fruity, spicy yeast for a flavorful beer with minimal acidity. Finally, it was cellared for over a year, deepening the brew’s tangy nuances.
