Phantom Limb

Back in 2024, Eagle Rock Brewery — a beloved fixture on the L.A. craft beer scene since 2009 — made the difficult decision to close their doors for good. And they gave their last Foeder of Yearling Flemish Red Ale to their friends at Cellador.

Of course the crew at Cellador wanted to do something special with that beer, but they weren’t sure what. They transferred the brew to a mix of red wine puncheons and bourbon barrels and stashed it away in their cellar.

Now, that brew is finally coming back into the light!

Working with the former owners of Eagle Rock, the brewers took that beer and blended it with a Saison aged on fresh raspberries. And we’re expecting something magical from this long awaited release.
