The crew finally hit on the ideal recipe for their award-winning Pils when they left their Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner Malts and Czech Saaz Hops unfiltered and lagered for eight weeks.
Tasting Notes
The strong hop character and honey-kissed, cereal-like flavor might trick your taste buds into thinking you’ve traveled to Prague. But it’s got even more full-bodied, delicious caramel malt notes than your typical European variety!
