Tasting Notes

Each sip shimmers with delicate flavors of toasted biscuit and freshly sliced pear, all drizzled in sweet honey. On the finish, a hint of hibiscus and subtly snappy lemon-apple balance out the touch of sweetness. The mouthfeel is as crisp as a springtime breeze.

This was just damn good. I feel like this could be a definitional Pilsner. Top to bottom solid. Great flavor and smooth. I would love a case or two for the summer to just mix in here or there, or have a sit down with a sixer.
