About This Beer
To recreate the delicious taste of the Japanese treat, the brewers started with luscious pineapple puree. Then they layered it with velvety Madagascar vanilla, giving the fruit a silky accent. And they finished it with fluffy rice flakes and lactose for that signature mochi flavor and body.
Tasting Notes
