Not sour at all which I like. The vanilla really comes through. That pineapple is a nice ending touch. The smell is amazing!

The graham cracker and pineapple is strong in this one, which is very much appreciated. I’ve never had a pineapple upsidedown cheesecake, but if this is what one tastes like, I’ve been missing out.
