Tonight, from Structures brewing in Bellingham, Wa, it's "Plainsman"!
this American light lager runs 4.9% and opens with cracked corn aromatics. Mineral and earthy notes followed by lemon grass and fresh straw with hints of sweet clover! This one is brewed with locally sourced heirloom corn and has gone on to become the #4 American light lager in the world! I must say it's status is well deserved. This easy drinker is light, crisp and super flavorful!
