About This Beer
To make PlanetNINE, the brewers cloistered their tangy base in a mix of Heaven Hill and Dickel bourbon barrels for 19 months. Then they added a dollop of honey and bottle conditioned the beer for natural, effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Look for currents of oak and top shelf whiskey coursing through the tart sip. Hints of dark fruit should soften the edges, camouflaging any trace of the 11.2% ABV.
