About This Beer
The brewers aged this luscious Imperial Stout in a blend of four different bourbon barrels — Eagle Rare, Cutwater, Heaven Hill, and Blanton’s. And they conditioned the batch on a whopping 10 pounds of organic Tahitian vanilla beans!
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting fudgy flavors drizzled with whiskey caramel and a big dollop of creamy vanilla melting over the top. Hints of oak and dark fruits should add complexity on the way to a silky finish.
