KCBC brews this palate-popping extravaganza with a heaping pile of blueberries, blackberries, black currants, and bananas — yes, bananas! Then, they add a final touch of vanilla and lactose for some smooth-flowing sweetness.

In Plasma Fantasma, the banana works with the vanilla and lactose to bring a coconutty sweetness that smoothes out the puckering tartness of all those berries.
