If you’ve spent any time in Rochester, you know the glory that is the Garbage Plate. It’s a testament to how a bunch of different ingredients can come together to create something magical. Kind of like this TIPA. But instead of loading it with beef, potatoes, macaroni, beans, and cheese (that would be pretty gross), the haze masters at Other Half used a smorgasbord of hops. Citra, Mosaic, Cashmere, Galaxy, Motueka, Simcoe, and El Dorado to be exact.
