great to taste all the different yeast profiles. interesting stuff.

amazing how the use of different yeast strains changes the flavor profile. Fun tasting and all where good.

hard to rate them as a group because they're all so different. love this idea though

surprisingly fruity, this is a very light and enjoyable Pilsner.

I appreciate the experiment. Fun! I tasted flight with a friend. His favorite was the kveik yeast version. It had the most mouthfeel, clean but not crisp. I liked the German yeast version followed by the American pils yeast. T hey were crisp and allowed the hop character to come through. all version were good.
