For PNW Crush, the crew didn’t stop at Washington-grown Azacca, Strata, and Mosaic Hops. They also used malts grown in Skagit Valley — just 90 minutes away from the taproom!
While the ingredients might be as local as it gets, the hoppy flavors are straight out of a gift box full of fancy tropical fruit. Juicy nuances of California grapefruits cascade through every sip, along with hints of lush Hawaiian pineapple and sweet notes of succulent Georgia peaches.
Let the finish linger, though, and you’ll detect a whisper of pine — reminding you that this brew is really from the Evergreen State!
