The Other Half crew crafted Poetry Snaps in the traditional Japanese style, then hit with a beautiful blend of some of their favorite European hops: Czech Saaz and German Saphir.
Tasting Notes
Each refreshing sip swells with biscuity notes of crusty bread. Whispers of honey blossom follow, folding into subtle spicy sweetness before culminating in a dry, ultra-refreshing finish.

Honestly was a tasty brew with a toasty crisp finish. Overall a good solid brew that would pair well with chicken, fish, or brats. Very good work but nothing more special than a craft from a grocery store for half the price.
