About This Beer
As just about everyone knows, passionfruit, orange, and guava — the fabled P.O.G. — make a dynamite combination.
But honestly, I’ve always felt like it’s missing something. Like it needs a pillowy body and a little bit of hoppy bitterness to support all that tropical fruity flavor. The crew at Source thought so, too. And unlike me, they’ve actually figured it out!
They took their delicious hop-drenched, milk sugar and vanilla swirled Milkshake IPA, and infused it with the real fruit to create POG. It’s everything my inner-kid hoped for, and more!
Tasting Notes
POG looks like a regular NEIPA, but once it hits your nostrils, you’ll know that you’re in for a treat. On the sip, it really does taste like that pink juice they used to serve out of dixie cups when you were a kid. Then, it finishes with a bit of pine resin that lingers on the palate, balancing the bold tropical notes.
