About This Beer
“If a pop-tart was beer.” @Tim S.
“This is what pop-tarts should taste like.” @Madeline D.
I’m seeing a pattern here: today’s brew is a Pop-Tart in Op Art. Say that ten times fast!
Transient is at it again, putting their best fruit forward in the newest Poppin’ Pastels. The brewers treated their Sour Wheat Ale base with sweet and tart Michigan cherries and black currant puree for a juicy, jammy treat you’ll be happy to pop in your mouth. Vanilla and milk sugars boost the breakfast-pastry appeal.
Tasting Notes
It’s like a rich, dark pie filling wrapped in delicate vanilla-scented crust. A refreshing tangy smack on the end balances the pastry flavors and calls you back for more.

it’s good but it just feels like it’s missing a flavor and then after u finish the beer you feel like u just chugged a can of bud light and made that face it’s not a bad beer but I wouldn’t buy it again just wasn’t my cup of tea

Ugh. Super sour but also flavorless. I had high hopes for this beer and was sorely disappointed.
