About This Beer
The crew at Urban Family worked with their friends at Beast & Cleaver to come up with today’s dark brew. As the name suggests, they’re a butcher shop.
As you’ve probably guessed by now, this Porter is purpose-built for pairing with a meaty meal. In fact, the knife-wielding crew showed up to the taproom on release day and served up a bite-sized portion of porterhouse steak with every crushably crisp pint!
Tasting Notes
We highly recommend swinging by your local meat market and snagging a quality slab of beef to enjoy alongside this beer’s roasty-yet-chuggable body.
They’re just TOO good together! Mild hints of chocolate and coffee swirl through the remarkably light and chugable body, beautifully complementing the grilled goodness of a T-bone or a New York strip. And with the light ABV, you can crack another can when the meal is over!
