About This Beer
The Urban Family crew conditioned this Sour Ale on mountains of PNW-grown raspberries and blackberries!
Tasting Notes
Preservation is bursting with the sweet-tart notes of bramble fruit jam slathered atop freshly baked bread. Tangy lemon nuances lend each light bodied taste extra brightness while the dry finish concludes with complex earthy whispers.

Could only handle 2 sips but I was experimenting so not disappointed. This isn't my type of beer but you can't consider yourself a beer person if you dont try everything.

Mixed berry jammy aroma with the raspberries shining through. Tartness is star of the taste with lemon notes popping. Berries take a back seat. Almost Lambic-like.
