About This Beer
Inspired by Hop Culture’s Juicy Brew Fest where Brix met their buddies at Pretentious Beer Co., this is the first collaboration that links up these craft masters! As they put it, “Pretentious brought a little Knoxville to Jersey” with this intricate brew, made with a veritable bouquet of half a dozen hops.
Tasting Notes
Raise the brew to your lips, and smell the bouquet of honeydew and white tea notes. Take a sip, and a touch of orange marmalade and sweet peach splash on the palate. Crashing waves of citrus-y juice and bursts of overripe mango round out the quaff.
