About This Beer
Following the Rule of Two, Great Notion teamed up with fellow lupulin Sith lords at Equilibrium for this one. They started with a base more pillowy than the snows of Hoth before hitting it with a Star Destroyer’s worth of Krush, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic Hops.
Tasting Notes
Bright mandarin, white wine, and ripe peach burst out of every sip like an ignited lightsaber. Then it’s all Revenge of the Pith as grapefruit and a pine bring refreshing contrast before a final flood of succulence.
