About This Beer
To craft this treat, the Aslin crew aged a sumptuous base in Weller bourbon barrels until it took on tones of toffee and oak. Then they conditioned it on caramel and marshmallow for all the flavors of an artisanal chocolate truffle.
Tasting Notes
Creamy cascades of cocoa and caramel course through every quaff. Brown sugar and baking spice tones from the barrels gorgeously seep into espresso and date notes. Silky vanilla and ‘mallow round it all out, completely obscuring the 12.25% ABV.
