A Note on This Beer
“One of the best Quads I've had. Smooth, but boozy. Deceptive.” @Ben E.
In a world dominated by newly engineered, trendy beer styles, it can be refreshing when you find a classic. Like today’s Belgian-style Quadrupel!
As you can tell from Ben E.’s reaction above, DUBCO’s Quad Rainbow is one to try!
The brewers aged this Belgian-style beer for a full year in Willet Bourbon barrels, making the chewy delight incredibly balanced, yet deeply complex.
The first full-bodied sip coats the palate in warm caramel sweetness, with hints of clove spice and anise peppered throughout. Another sip reveals whiskey-laden cinnamon and oaky vanilla, with a hint of dark cherry.
You can imagine that Ben E. isn’t the only New Yorker beaming about this beefed-up Belgian Quad. @Christopher W. says Quad Rainbow is “By far my favorite from these guys.” And, @Nicklas A. had no words after sipping, except, “that is really good… like stupidly good!”
What makes it even better is the fact that you’ve got exclusive access to the only stash outside of Long Island.
DUBCO is a New York State Craft Beer Competition multi-Medal winning brewery!
