About This Beer
The celebrated Missouri team began this brew in 2020 with a delicate, oak-finished, mixed-culture base. They re-fermented it with quince from neighboring Illinois. By using fruit harvested in both '20 and '21, the brewers were able to add even more depth and complexity to this sophisticated sipper.
Tasting Notes
Chamomile aromas perfume the pour, tumbling out amid the pome’s unique, honeyed essence. Bursts of lemony brightness decorate every crisp quaff. Coupled with nuances of pear, tart green apples, and earthy funk, they make for an elegant refresher.
