For this decadent vintage of the legendary Stout, the world-class Cycle crew aged their rich, chocolatey base for over two years in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels –– soaking it all in luxurious whiskey caramel.
Tasting Notes
Enormous aromas of charred oak and bourbon spice perfume the air with every velvety pour. Creamy cascades of dark cocoa, creme brûlée, and whiskey-soaked chocolate covered raisins course through the thick quaff – all hiding a 13% ABV.

Way too much char character coming through which obfuscates the better parts of this beer. It does have some toasty chocolate chip waffle with maple syrup kind of flavors going for it but you have to deal with char, smokiness, and a bit of soy to get to it.
