About This Beer
The award-winning Alesong team began by tasting through all the barrelled beauties in their rackhouse. Then they created a complex blend from Strong Ales that matured in Henry McKenna 10-year Bourbon barrels, Elijah Craig 12-year Bourbon barrels, and toasted American oak.
Tasting Notes
the result is a harmonious melange of whiskey caramel, dark cocoa, and marshmallow flavors, all wrapped up in oaky spice. Knowing their incredible expertise, you can also expect a sublimely smooth body and mellow, warming heat, making it as easy to pair with richly savory foods as it is to enjoy solo.

This was good. Tons of barrel flavor and the profile didn’t lean too much into the barleywine, sweet territory, which is really appreciated.
