About This Beer
To find the finest vanilla in the world, you might have to travel to the palm-fringed islands of the South Pacific. Specifically the tiny specks of land called Nuku Hiva, Ua Pou, Niue, and Sao Tome.
It’s from those far flung isles that Kyle Harrop of Horus Aged Ales sourced the vanilla beans for his Raph barrel aged Imperial Stout.
Tasting Notes
This taste of paradise absolutely drips with creamy flavor. Ice cream like decadence melts over the fudgy base beer, accentuated by nuances of top shelf whiskey thanks to a lengthy slumber in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.
