The founder and head brewer, Doug Dozark, went from a Starbucks coffee slinger to a Cigar City intern, and now he’s at the helm of one of the most sought-after breweries in craft. 

He took the same innovative mindset he developed over the years and applied it to today’s delectably thick Rare DOS 2 Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.

The brewers aged this delightfully decadent Stout for two years in Maker’s Mark Bourbon Barrels. Each velvety sip envelops your tongue in flavors of bittersweet dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee beans, along with sweet brown sugar, caramelly bourbon, and a whisper of gooey butterscotch.
