If that’s true, today’s Raspberry Cheesecake Berliner is like giving your tummy a knuckle touch, chest bump, AND bear hug all at once — this creamy dessert-inspired sipper actually tastes like a slice of cheesecake!

Not bad but could have used a little more flavor. It is tasty and tart up front but felt it had a little watered down taste in the end. Still very enjoyable and would drink again anytime

Nice tart raspberry comes out in the front with notes of cheesecake and sugar. Tart, sweet, and sour.

Ordered from Tavour, chilled and poured into an imperial pint glass. Look: strawberry colored with small light cream colored head that dissipated quickly and left no head. Smell: raspberry candy smell, some sour, raspberry and cheesecake Taste: taste follows the smell. Raspberry and cheesecake up front, sour in the middle, then mild fading malt that dies quickly leaving fruity light cheesecake taste that lingers. No bitter and no hop presence Feel: super light mouthfeel with intense carbonation that sticks around for the whole beer as it warmed... feel dies quickly though and leaves crisp finish Interesting beer. It is as advertised, a raspberry cheesecake Berliner and sour ale. Kind of flat flavor in the end which is somewhat disappointing. Cheers! Cheers everyone!

There wasn’t a ton of flavor with it. The raspberry was light with a little vanilla/cheesecake finish. Not enough flavor to tame the sour base.

Fantastic aromas of raspberries and cheesecake. Very raspberry forward on the palate with subtle notes of cheesecake to finish and on the aftertaste. The cheesecake gets a bit lost as you continue drinking, but it’s still faintly there. I wish there was more of the cheesecake (as I am a cheesecake lover), but this is still a very nice raspberry Berliner Weisse.

Excellent raspberry aroma and flavor. The cheesecake flavor was outstanding, but subtle. I could use more of it. A touch too sour. If this was a smoothie sour with a bit more cheesecake, it would be a 6*!!
