About This Beer
When it comes to dessert, of course the imaginative crew at Martin House chooses something off the beaten path. Enter mochi — the delectable Japanese rice cake. To replicate it, the Lonestar State brewers added rice to their grain bill, then pumped their Sour springboard full of actual raspberries and lactose!
Tasting Notes
Raspberry Mochi packs the razzle of brambleberry with a pleasant glutinous essence. The milk sugar insinuates the cake’s creaminess, tying the tart fruit and tangy base into mellow, sweet sips.

Tastes like a raspberry energy drink. very good

Intense tart raspberry aroma and flavor. A touch of rice/mochi character. Light bodied for 8% with a pretty tart finish. Meh.

I recall it being very very sweet but not that I hated it it for that. It is also very raspberry-y which was nice since the sweetness mellowed the flavor to be quite smooth
